From Conventional Lighting to Intelligent Lighting

As part of its commitment towards responsible resource management and sustainable community living, Arihant Arden AAO has implemented a smart electricity-saving initiative in the basement areas of the society.

Under this initiative, approximately 750 conventional tube lights were replaced with modern sensor-based lighting systems. These lights intelligently respond to movement and occupancy, ensuring that lighting is available when residents and vehicles are present and unnecessary electricity consumption is avoided when areas are vacant.

The initiative has resulted in approximately 65% savings in electricity consumption for basement lighting, significantly reducing wastage while maintaining adequate illumination and safety for residents.
