Notice Inviting Proposals for Independent External Audit

The Arihant Arden Apartment Owners Association (AAO) invites proposals from experienced ICAI-registered Chartered Accountant firms for conducting an Independent External Audit of the Society for FY 2025-26.
The audit will cover financial transactions, statutory compliances, contracts, procurement, capital expenditure, internal controls, governance processes and risk assessment to provide an independent assurance to members regarding financial transparency and accountability.
Eligibility
- ICAI registered CA Firm with minimum 10 years of practice.
- Experience of auditing at least 3 residential societies having 750+ flats during the last 5 years.
- Engagement Partner should be an FCA with minimum 15 years of experience.
- The firm should not be the current statutory auditor of the Society.
Submission
Interested firms are requested to submit their Technical Bid and Commercial Bid in separate sealed envelopes, enclosed within one outer envelope superscribed:
"Proposal for Appointment of Independent External Auditor – Do Not Open"

hereby informs all concerned bidders and stakeholders that the above-referenced tender for

originally published on 23rd July 2025, is hereby cancelled due to administrative and technical review considerations.
A revised tender (Re-Tender) will be issued shortly with updated technical specifications and timelines.

Refund Notice: The tender document fee and EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) received from participants
in the cancelled tender will be refunded in full within the next 15 working days,
if the respective bidder does not wish to participate in the upcoming re-tender.
Bidders intending to re-apply may request adjustment of their previously submitted EMD and document fee against the new tender.
